All prices include 5% VAT. An official Taiwanese invoice (統一發票) is issued for annual fees; a receipt is issued for deposits. There are no administration fees, document fees or setup fees — the documents required for company registration (property tax statement, address-use consent letter and sublease consent letter) are provided free of charge. Early termination requires one month's written notice; notice sent via our official LINE account counts as written notice. Deposits are refunded after handover once all charges are settled; annual fees for the registered address are non-refundable.
Important: Not Every Business Type Qualifies
Under Taiwanese tax office rules, some business activities cannot be registered at a virtual office address — for example, businesses requiring physical premises (restaurants, clinics, manufacturing), and international trading (export / import-export) is not permitted at our addresses — in particular, companies that need export VAT refunds cannot register here, and tax refunds cannot be processed through this address. Pure import trading may be accepted subject to conditions.
