Who this is for

  • Founders registering a new Taiwan company who need a compliant address without renting an office.
  • Foreign companies opening a Taiwan branch or representative office and needing a local address, mail handling and a bookkeeper.
  • Consultants and remote teams who work from home but want meetings, post and registration kept separate from their residence.
  • Small teams of two to six who need a private room in Xinyi without a conventional lease.

What we cannot register

International trade companies engaged in export or import-export — particularly those seeking export tax refunds — cannot be registered at this address, following National Taxation Bureau (Xinyi Branch) rules. Import-only and domestic trading businesses are assessed case by case. Licensed premises businesses such as clinics, restaurants, food manufacturing, cram schools, real estate agencies, staffing agencies and long-term care require a physical site and cannot use a registration-only address. If you are unsure, tell us your intended business scope before you pay anything — we would rather say no in advance than have your application rejected.

Frequently asked questions

Can a foreigner use this address to register a Taiwan company?

Yes, provided the business scope is eligible. We work with licensed local bookkeepers who handle incorporation, registration changes, monthly bookkeeping and tax filing, and we can assist in English throughout.

What exactly do I pay in the first year?

NT$19,500 — the NT$18,000 annual fee plus a one-time NT$1,500 deposit, tax included. From the second year onward the renewal is NT$18,000; the deposit is charged only once.

How does mail work?

Letters, parcels, courier deliveries and government documents are received at reception, photographed, and pushed to you on LINE. You then choose collection, forwarding or scanning. Forwarding postage is billed at cost with the tracking number provided.

Can I open a Taiwanese bank account with this address?

Banks decide independently. In practice, applications go more smoothly at a bank where you already have a relationship, or at a state-owned bank. If the bank wants to inspect the registered premises, we will accommodate the visit.

Do you require a long commitment?

The virtual office is billed annually. Desks are monthly or annual. For private offices, a one-year term is standard with a two-month deposit.

Information on this page reflects our operating practice as of August 2026 and is provided for reference only; it is not tax or legal advice. Whether a specific business scope can be registered is determined by the competent authority. Prices include Taiwan business tax.
