NT$400 per hour, billed by the hour — no membership required.

  • Rate: NT$400 per hour (approx. US$13), both locations
  • Minimum / maximum: 1 hour minimum, 3 hours per session
  • Who can book: anyone — visitors and non-tenants are welcome
  • Payment: for non-tenants, your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled.
  • Tenants: registered-address clients receive 6 free hours per month; private office tenants use meeting rooms free of charge

Can non-tenants rent a meeting room?
Yes. Our meeting rooms are open to the public. For non-tenants the booking becomes final once payment has been received.
How much does it cost?
NT$400 per hour at both locations, with a one-hour minimum and a three-hour maximum per session.
Do you have English-speaking staff?
We can assist you in English via LINE and email, and our staff will help you on site. For detailed contract discussions we recommend messaging us in advance so we can prepare.
How do I get there?
The WTC branch is a 5-minute walk from Taipei 101 / World Trade Center MRT Station (Red Line). The Xinyi branch is a 6-minute walk from Liuzhangli MRT Station (Brown Line).
Can I use the meeting room as a long-term office?
We do not recommend it. Meeting rooms suit short, formal sessions. For daily work, consider a private office or a dedicated desk.
