Why some businesses are not accepted
A registration address is used for official records and mail. The tax office may visit to confirm what a business actually does. If the business needs goods, kitchens, equipment or a training floor on site, a shared registration address cannot support it, and the registration is likely to be rejected or questioned later.
Not accepted at our addresses
- International trading (export / import-export), especially companies that need export VAT refunds
- Food businesses — making, processing, wholesaling, retailing, importing or selling food online, including restaurants, drinks, bakery products and health foods
- Environmental services — waste collection and treatment, recycling, environmental engineering or equipment
- Businesses that need a physical site — warehousing and packing, sports training, sports and leisure venues
- Construction contractors and other trades that require a work site or full-time licensed staff
- Small businesses applying to be exempt from issuing uniform invoices, because the tax office needs to inspect the actual premises
